On October 2nd, the second Xperience conference, organized by the E-commerce Association of Serbia, was held at the Sava Center. Our colleagues Nevena Piskulić and
David Milivojević attended this significant event, and below we present the most important conclusions and insights that are shaping the future of digital commerce in the region.
Logistics and Legal Regulation in E-commerce
One of the central themes of the conference was the complex area of logistics and legal regulation in the e-commerce sector. Panelists thoroughly analyzed the legal and operational
challenges faced by the logistics industry, especially in the context of the rapid growth of digital commerce. The E-commerce Association’s important initiative to improve the Serbian legal framework was particularly highlighted, with the clear goal of aligning it with the realities of digital business and supporting the further development of the market.

CRM, Commerce, and Integrations for a Consistent Customer Experience
The panel discussion dedicated to CRM, commerce, and integrations emphasized the crucial role of a consistent customer experience in today’s e-commerce environment. Speakers
explained how a seamless customer experience is achieved through intelligently connected digital systems, including the integration of catalogs, pricing, inventory, loyalty programs, and CRM. The goal is to ensure that every touchpoint with the brand, from the first click to the final purchase, is consistent, personalized, and positive, directly impacting customer
loyalty and long-term sales growth.

AI and the Future of Payments in E-commerce
The conference also paid significant attention to the topics of artificial intelligence (AI) and the future of payments in e-commerce. Discussions focused on how AI transforms offer
personalization, product recommendation optimization, and the efficiency of payment processes, making them faster, more secure, and more intuitive. The latest trends in payment
methods and the ways in which the e-commerce sector is adapting to these innovative technologies to remain competitive and relevant in a dynamic market were presented.

Lessons from Practice: Real Stories that Inspire
Special emphasis was placed on the importance of authentic, first-hand stories and experiences. The conference actively promoted the sharing of insights by e-commerce leaders
who have successfully scaled their online businesses, solved complex challenges, or learned from failures. These real stories serve as an invaluable source of inspiration and practical
advice, demonstrating how theory is applied in practice and how obstacles are overcome in the dynamic world of e-commerce.

Conclusion
The Xperience25 conference once again confirmed its status as a key regional platform for dialogue and innovation in the digital economy. Through discussions on logistics, CRM, AI,
and authentic stories, it is clear that the future of e-commerce lies in continuous adaptation, technology integration, and an unwavering focus on customer experience. The conclusions from this conference represent a valuable roadmap for all stakeholders in the Serbian e- commerce ecosystem, encouraging them towards further growth and development.
